Cybercab

What is Cybercab? How is it different from the Model Y Robotaxi vehicle?

Cybercab is a golden two-seater vehicle with butterfly doors and a large interactive touchscreen with access to several entertainment and connectivity features, offering a seamless, accessible and futuristic experience for all riders. Cybercab is spacious with ample leg room and enough trunk space to fit two standard check-in suitcases and two carry-on suitcases.

Cybercab vehicles don't have a steering wheel because they are fully autonomous – the vehicle uses camera vision and sensors to intelligently and safely navigate city streets, highways, complicated intersections and parking lots with ease.

The Model Y Robotaxi is a production Model Y running Tesla's autonomy software with a steering wheel still in place; Cybercab is built only for autonomous service.

Robot Mercantile LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Robotaxi, and Cybercab are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
